PsychOS assessment guide
Strengths and Weaknesses Assessment
This assessment looks at capabilities and recurring friction points together. It treats many weaknesses as context-sensitive patterns rather than permanent deficits.
Who this reflection may be useful for
Useful when you want a balanced view that includes what works, what becomes costly when overused, and where support or practice may help.
What it examines
- reliable strengths
- overused strengths and tradeoffs
- recurring friction points
How to read the result
A strong tendency can be useful in one situation and costly in another. Interpret the result by asking when the pattern helps, when it becomes excessive, and what conditions change it.
How to use the reflection
For each highlighted strength, name one situation where it works and one where it backfires. For each weakness, identify a specific skill, system, or boundary that could reduce its cost.
Limits of the assessment
PsychOS assessments are structured self-reflection tools, not diagnostic instruments. They do not establish a mental-health condition, prove another person's motives, predict future behavior, or replace professional evaluation when one is needed.
