PsychOS assessment guide
Self-Awareness Assessment
This assessment examines how consistently you notice your internal states and connect them with your behavior. It focuses on reflective clarity rather than simply being introspective.
Who this reflection may be useful for
Useful if you want to check whether you can identify what you feel, why you act, where you contradict yourself, and what patterns repeat.
What it examines
- recognition of motives and emotions
- awareness of repeated behavior
- ability to notice contradictions and limits
How to read the result
Higher self-reported awareness can support deliberate choices, but insight alone does not guarantee behavioral change. Lower scores may indicate areas that are harder to observe in real time.
How to use the reflection
Choose one repeated situation and write the sequence: trigger, internal response, interpretation, action, consequence. Compare that sequence with what the assessment highlights.
Limits of the assessment
PsychOS assessments are structured self-reflection tools, not diagnostic instruments. They do not establish a mental-health condition, prove another person's motives, predict future behavior, or replace professional evaluation when one is needed.
