PsychOS assessment guide
Current Partner Dynamic Assessment
This assessment helps you organize your own observations about a current relationship dynamic. It focuses on recurring interaction patterns rather than diagnosing or assigning motives to a partner.
Who this reflection may be useful for
Useful when a relationship feels confusing and you want a structured view of reciprocity, autonomy, conflict, repair, and pressure.
What it examines
- reciprocity and trust
- autonomy and pressure
- conflict and repair patterns
How to read the result
A self-report can clarify your experience but cannot establish the other person's intent or provide a complete account of the relationship. Look for repeated behavior and concrete consequences.
How to use the reflection
Separate events from interpretations. Record what happened, how each person responded, whether repair occurred, and whether the pattern changed after it was discussed.
Limits of the assessment
PsychOS assessments are structured self-reflection tools, not diagnostic instruments. They do not establish a mental-health condition, prove another person's motives, predict future behavior, or replace professional evaluation when one is needed.
Related concepts
- relationship reciprocity
- conflict repair
